Who We Are

While consulting on corporate strategy in the late '90s, Glade was asked time and again to help administer and interpret data from 360 surveys. In 1999 he realized that there was a real need for an online instrument to help consultants and companies use survey feedback for the professional growth.

He teamed up with Troy to build a robust and unique survey database built for custom surveys. LearningBridge has been building survey instruments for professional and organizational feedback ever since. We’ve worked closely with our clients (global investment banks, two-man consulting firms, and everybody in between) to bring the most secure and user-friendly survey experience to you.
