While consulting on corporate strategy in the late '90s, Glade was asked time and again to help administer and interpret data from 360 surveys. In 1999 he realized that there was a real need for an online instrument to help consultants and companies use survey feedback for the professional growth.
He teamed up with Troy to build a robust and unique survey database built for custom surveys. LearningBridge has been building survey instruments for professional and organizational feedback ever since. We’ve worked closely with our clients—from global investment banks to small consulting firms and everybody in between—to bring the most secure and user-friendly survey experience to you. Lori Riznek, PhD
Lori has a twenty-year career consulting to executive leadership teams on organization-wide issues. She partners with her clients to design and implement solutions customized to their specific needs. Lori works in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors for clients located in Europe, North America and Asia.
Miriam Kragness, PhD
A licensed psychologist, Miriam earned her doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota and a second specialization in neuropsychology. She has served on several nonprofit boards whose mission is to improve the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
Jeff Berlin, PhD
A Hawaii-based organizational development consultant, Jeff is passionate about facilitating positive change with individuals, organizations, and communities. He blends a diverse academic background in community, cultural, and organizational psychology with a practitioner’s orientation towards action and results. Jeff has been working in the organizational development field for 15 years and currently leads Jeff Berlin Consulting.
