Glade also brings his practical approach to leadership growth to keynotes and audiences around the world.

Michael helps organizations and leaders get more value from feedback. He brings expertise in 360 assessment and survey design, feedback processes, and the participant experience, helping ensure that complex feedback initiatives are thoughtful, practical, and easy to navigate. A certified coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, Michael also works directly with leaders to help them understand their feedback and translate insight into meaningful development.

Jeannie helps ensure our clients get the support they need. She responds to client requests, coordinates projects, monitors progress, and helps resolve questions or issues, making the overall client experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Troy is the architect behind LearningBridge’s feedback technology, working closely with clients to turn their needs into practical solutions. His combination of technical expertise and deep understanding of feedback processes allows him to advise clients, implement effective programs, and adapt the technology to meet unique needs. Troy also hosts LearningBridge’s Simply Feedback podcast.

Trevor works behind the scenes to maintain and enhance LearningBridge’s technology platform. He develops and implements system improvements while ensuring the security, reliability, and continuity of the technology our clients depend on.

Lori has a twenty-year career consulting to executive leadership teams on organization-wide issues. She partners with her clients to design and implement solutions customized to their specific needs. Lori works in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors for clients located in Europe, North America and Asia.

A licensed psychologist, Miriam earned her doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota and a second specialization in neuropsychology. She has served on several nonprofit boards whose mission is to improve the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

A Hawaii-based organizational development consultant, Jeff is passionate about facilitating positive change with individuals, organizations, and communities. He blends a diverse academic background in community, cultural, and organizational psychology with a practitioner’s orientation towards action and results. Jeff has been working in the organizational development field for 15 years and currently leads Jeff Berlin Consulting.
